4 -6 pork steaks
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
Chef Ron Lock’s Cajun Seasoning (as much or as little as you like to your own taste)
SEE NOTES regarding BBQ sauce
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Sprinkle Pork steaks a little of the Cajun Seasoning to taste in 13×9-inch pan.
Mix remaining ingredients, and the rest of the Cajun Rub together well, and pour over steaks.
Bake for about an hour or until the Pork Steaks are fork tender. Serve with baked potato and other sides of your own choice.
NOTE: If you do not have the time to whip up the BBQ sauce as indicated in the recipe, simply use your favorite commercial sauce and add 1/2 teaspoon or more of Chef Ron Lock’s Cajun seasoning to it and mix. Then pour over the Pork Steaks.
