8 chicken drumsticks
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons shallot, chopped
1/2 cup steak sauce
2 tablespoons snipped chives
2 tablespoons snipped parsley
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon sugar


In a medium skillet, melt the butter add and brown the drumsticks. Add the shallots. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat. Cover and simmer until the drumsticks are done. 3/4 of an hour to 1 hour.

Remove drumsticks to warm platter and set aside. Mix the steak sauce, chives, parsley, water and sugar in the skillet. Heat just to a boil and then return drumsticks to the skillet. Turn the drumsticks until all have been coated in the sauce. Serve on a platter and drizzle remaining sauce over the drumsticks.
