2 packages Cream Cheese softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 shallots, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 jar marinated quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease an 11×7 baking dish or small oven proof casserole dish.
In a large bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients. Stir in spinach, artichokes, and Parmesan cheese.
Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes about 4 cups
NOTES: Additions to this classic dip are endless. Feel free to add in a cup of Sundried Tomatoes or even a cup of drained, chopped Water Chestnuts for added zip. Feel free to add heat to the dish with some hot sauce or even a diced jalapeno or two.
