GERMAN CHOCOLATE CARAMEL CAKE

Ingredients

1 box of German Chocolate Cake Little Mix
32 caramels
1 can condensed sweetened milk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Prepare the cake mix according to package directions, including what the package states regarding greasing the 9×13 baking pan.

Pour 1/2 of the cake batter into the prepared baking pan. Put into the preheated oven for 20 minutes and remove from oven.

Melt the caramels and mix with the condensed milk. Pour the mixture onto the lower layer of the cake after it has baked for the 20 minutes in the instruction above. Try to keep the caramel mixture from coming too close to the pan’s edge.

Pour the remaining cake batter over the caramel layer and gently smooth out with a rubber spatula.

Put the cake into the oven. Bake for an additional 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve with whipped cream
