2 – 3oz. packages of cream cheese – softened
4 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon of heavy cream
1 teaspoon of brandy or brandy extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans


Line bottom of large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, cream, brandy or extract, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Beat until creamy. Drop by rounded spoonful onto the baking sheet. Chill 5 minutes. Roll the dropped cream cheese mixture in pecans and roll to completely cover with the nuts. Serve! Enjoy!
