1 package of frozen broccoli cuts (about 20 ounces)
3 cups of cooked, cubed chicken
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon of lemon juice


Put the chicken and broccoli in the bottom of a baking dish. Evenly distribute the chicken and broccoli.

In a mixing bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients except paprika until well blended. Pour the mixture over the chicken and broccoli. At this point, you can top this with breadcrumbs if desired. Breadcrumbs are optional. Sprinkle casserole with paprika for color. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for a minimum of 5 hours. Overnight is better.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

Put the casserole into the preheated oven and bake 45 minutes or until browned.

If you opted not to use breadcrumbs, you can top the casserole with the shredded cheese of choice the last 15 minutes of baking.
