1 1/2 lbs Chicken breasts or tenders
1 can cranberry sauce with whole Cranberries
1/2 cup Catalina salad dressing
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
1. Spray a 8×11 cake pan, then arrange chicken pan, season with whatever you like or leave plain. I sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder on the chicken.
2. in a bowl mix together cranberry sauce , onion soup mix, and catalina dressing until all blended.
3. pour over mixture over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for about 30- 45 minutes. I always cut into chicken to make sure it’s done because the bigger the breast are the longer they take.
Serve over rice, noodles or stuffing.
