2 packages of refrigerated orange Danish rolls with icing. Cinnamon will be fine if orange is not available. 16 rolls total.
1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Separate rolls and arrange 1 package (8 rolls) flat side down, around the bottom of an ungreased 6 1/2 cup ring mold. Stagger the remaining package of rolls on top of the first layer, covering the seams of the rolls on the bottom.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Invert onto a serving platter while warm. Spread icing on top and sides. Decorate with chopped pecans if desired.
