You will need
1 (15- to 20-ounce) can peeled lychees (about 20)
20 large blueberries, cranberries, capers, small salad olives, or anything else you might want to use for the center of the “eyeball”.
What you need to do:
Drain the lychees.
Place a blueberry or cranberry into the hole of each lychee. Serve on their own or as a cocktail garnish, or a garnish on food such as cupcakes etc. by attaching them to the food with toothpicks, candy sticks, vegetable sticks etc. Use your imagination here. The possibilities are endless.
