1 cup good-quality dark chocolate chips See Note
1 cups roasted salted macadamia nuts
Place the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Heat the chocolate in 15 second increments. Stir the chocolate well between each 15 second interval in the microwave. When the chocolate is almost completely melted, stir in 1 cup of the macadamia nuts.
Use a tablespoon to scoop up spoonfuls of the nut and chocolate mixture and place on parchment paper.
Note: You may want to make a larger batch. Just double the ingredients. You can also use different kinds of chocolate. Milk chocolate chips or vanilla chips. If you want to make a variety of say, dark chocolate, milk chocolate and vanilla, simply use the same directions for each individual type of chocolate.
