1 pound of semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1 cup of unsalted butter
4 medium sized ripe bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
4 ounces chopped white baking chocolate
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Lightly grease and dust with flour an 8″ X 8″ square baking pan.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter and dark chocolate. Set aside
In a large mixing bowl, mash together eggs, bananas and vanilla extract.
Stir in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder.
Fold in melted chocolate, butter and the chopped white chocolate.
Pour batter into prepared pan
Bake for 1 hr 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean & brownies are firm to the touch.
