1 1/2 to 2 pounds pork, cut into large, bite sized pieces. Pork stew meat also works well with this recipe.
6-8 medium potatoes, peeled, chopped into large pieces.
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 packages dry Ranch dressing mix
1 cup milk


Spray the slow cooker, or crockpot, with non-stick cooking spray and put potatoes on the bottom.Place the pork chops on top of the potatoes.
In a mixing bowl, mix together the condensed soups, Ranch dressing mix and milk. Pour on top of the pork chops.
Cook on the low setting for 6-7 hours or on high for 4 hours. Serve as is or garnish at will and serve with buttered noodles, rice or mashed potatos.
