2 Tbsp butter
3-4 thick slices ham, chopped
3-4 thick slices turkey, chopped
1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 medium pita wraps
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 slices cheddar cheese
4 slieces gruyere cheese
½ cup shredded lettuce
4 slices of tomato, diced
In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and add ham and turkey. Cook for 3-5 minutes until hot.
Brush both sides of pita wraps with melted butter. In a separate skillet over medium high heat, cook the pitas for about a minute on each side.
Build each wrap placing a layer of lettuce, then tomato, turkey, 2 slices of cheddar cheese, ham, mayo and 2 slices of guyere cheese.
Roll the wrap from one side to the next, tucking the ends inside and slice in half.
