EASY PUMPKIN DUMP CAKE

Ingredients

15 ounce can pumpkin puree
10 ounces evaporated milk
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
3 teaspoons pumpkin spice
1 cup butter (melted)
1 cup graham crackers (crushed)
1/2 cup toffee pieces (Heath bars can be used)
1 yellow cake mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Spray 9×13″ baking pan with cooking spray.
Combine pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs and pumpkin spice in a large mixing bowl, stirring to combine and incorporate ingredients.

Pour into prepared pan, and sprinkle with cake mix, followed by the graham crackers and toffee.

Pour melted butter evenly on top.
Bake 45-50 mins until center is set and edges are browned. Serve with your favorite whipped topping or ice cream! Enjoy!
