BISCUIT BREAKFAST BAKE

Ingredients

5 eggs
1/4 cup milk
16 oz refrigerated flaky breakfast biscuits
4 scallions, diced, including green tops
1 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
Bacon or Sausage – add whatever amount you like in this casserole (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray

Gently whisk eggs and milk in a large bowl. Cut each biscuit into quarters (1/4s) and add it to the bowl, mix.

Cook and break up your bacon (or sausage) if using. Add everything to the bowl.

Combine all ingredients and pour into the baking pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Make sure the eggs are fully set before removing from oven. Because ovens run hotter than others, you may have to leave it in longer but begin checking the casserole after about 30 minutes. You may need to cook as long as 45 minutes depending upon your oven.
