1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup frozen peas
1 small head of cabbage, chopped
2 medium red potatoes, diced
2 large carrots, sliced
1 can Rotel
10 cups beef broth
1 (5.25 oz ) can corn
1 (15.8 oz) can great northern beans, drained and rinsed
1 tsp basil
salt and pepper
1 cup small shell noodles
In a dutch oven, fry up the ground beef, onions and garlic until beef is cooked through.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the pasta.
Cook over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes.
Add the shell pasta and continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes until pasta is cooked through and veggies are tender.
