• 1 ½ bags of frozen peas 24 ounces
• ½ cup chopped celery
• ¼ cup minced red onion
• 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (not finely shredded)
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• ½ cup sour cream
• ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
• 3 Tablespoons milk
Place the peas in a colander and run cold water over them till they thaw.
Pour them in a medium bowl with the celery, onions and the shredded cheddar cheese.
In a separate bowl mix dressing and then pour over vegetable mix.
Chill for one hour and serve.
