EASY SPINACH & ARTICHOKE HEART DIP

Ingredients

1 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese (note: the Parmesan and Romano cheeses don’t have to be the fresh grated kind – store brand powdered cheese works great)
1/2 package frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed)
1 can artichoke hearts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, put in 9×9 inch baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned on top. Serve with party crackers or veggies!
